Managing your committee details can be a nightmare! With Rubric you can easily store and invite your executives to your organisation. Assign specific roles and control access levels to enhance security.


  1. Click on your profile icon from the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Society Exec Team.
  3. Under the Roles table, you can find a list of roles clubs typically have. From here, you can:
    • Create New Roles: Click the Create New Role button to add a new role and set access permissions.
    • Edit Roles: Click the 3 dots next to a role, select Edit Role and adjust access permissions as needed.
    • Delete Roles: Click on the 3 dots next to the role you want to edit and select Delete Role
  4. Scroll below to find the Club Executives table. From here you can:
    • Add new club executives and generate invites: Click the + Add Club Executive button to add a new club exec and select a role for the new executive.
    • Change executive role: Click the 3 dots next to an executive's name. Select Change Role and assign a new role.
    • Re-invite executives: Click the 3 dots next to an executive's name. Select Copy invite link to re-send a sign-in invitation.
    • Remove executives: Click the 3 dots next to an executive's name. Select on Remove from team to revoke access.
