Keep track of your orders
Visit the Merchandise page and select Orders from the left menu to view a list of all your orders and important details, such as order number, date, customer name, quantity, amount paid, payment method, delivery option, and status (completed, pre-order, open).
Manage your orders
Click on an order to make changes, such as
Adjusting the item variation() (i.e. from size small to medium)
Updating the answers to the custom questions
Issuing a refund
Marking the item as collected (the status of your order will automatically update to completed)
