Getting started with Student Reports

To access student reports, go to Administration -> Reports on your portal. From there, you can view real-time data and insights about campus activities.

What insights are available?

There are two main sections in the reports area:

1. Clubs Data: This section provides real-time insights about your clubs. If you’ve set up membership questions for clubs, the responses will also be displayed here.
2. Events Data: This section offers insights into all campus events organized by clubs.

Additional insights

If the reports section doesn’t have what you’re looking for, we integrate with Retool to create custom dashboards with personalized insights that can be easily pulled from Rubric.
