Managing submissions

To start managing affiliation submissions, simply navigate to Clubs and then select Affiliation > Affiliation Submissions

Overview of Affiliation Submissions table

The submissions are categorised into 4 states 

  • Pending: all the submissions that are newly submitted and need reviewing for approval or rejection
  • Approved: all the submissions that have been reviewed and approved
  • Declined: all the submissions that have been reviewed and rejected
  • All: all the submissions that are affiliation type, whether it is pending, approved or declined.


Depending on the state above, the table includes:

  • Reference 
  • Club name
  • Form submission: The name of the submitted form.
  • Process - Stage: The name of the process and its stage of the submission.
  • Group submission id: The specific ID number assigned to the specific process.
    This helps to differentiate and identify the processes that could have the exact same names.
  • Submitted: The date the form was submitted.
  • Actions – Click here to:
    • Approve: approve the form submission
    • Decline: decline the form submission
    • Edit: Directly edit responses in a submitted form.
    • View outcome note: Check the full notes you added when deciding the outcome of a submission.
    • Archive response: Remove a submission from the table, effectively archiving it.
