To view your ticket or have it scanned at the door:
Download the Rubric app or head over to the web app.
Login or register with the email address linked to your ticket.
Head over to the Purchases tab to view your tickets, memberships and merch orders.
Still no ticket? Best to reach out to the event organisers with your name and email address. They will be able to find your ticket and transfer it to your email address linked to your Rubric account.
